Sponsorship for BOB conference 2023

BOB is the forum for developers, architects and builders to explore and discover the best tools available today for building software. Our goal is for all participants to leave the conference with new ideas to improve development back at the ranch.

Professional: Top keynote speakers, two tracks of talks and a tutorial track
Invigorating: ~160 developers, architects, makers come to BOB every year
Diverse: Participants from groups underrepresented in tech receive extensive support

Please note that the sponsorship level thresholds vary depending on whether the event will be in-person or online -- in case of a virtual event, we will automatically charge the reduced rate.

Bronze status

Bronze (€600 if on-site, €333 if virtual) includes

logo and mention on the BOB web page
logo on the program leaflet (online as a PDF, distributed at the conference, poster at the conference site)

In-person conference only: Silver status

Silver (€1000) includes everything from bronze plus:

have material placed in the bags handed out to BOB participants (*)

Gold status

Gold (€2500 if on-site, €1500 if virtual) includes everything from silver plus:

explicit mention in the opening talk
own booth at conference
prominent display on BOB web page

Platinum status

Platinum (€3000 if on-site, €2000 if virtual) includes everything from gold plus:

a presentation slot in one of the breaks (**)
logo on the T-shirts worn by the organizers and handed out to special contributors (***)
most prominent display on BOB web page

(*) In the event that you choose silver and the conference ends up going virtual, you will be charged for the Bronze tier.
(**) Please be prepared to record a video with your talk in case the conference goes digital.
(***) In the event of an analogue conference only.
